Hollywood finds 9/11, better never than late?

After studiously ignoring 9/11 for the past four years, the Hollywood studios have suddenly discovered something happened on September 11th, 2001.

So naturally, the powers that be in charge (liberal leftist Democratic Party members), choose two reliable leftoids to direct movies about the terrorist murder of 3000 people on American soil.

Universal is to make the second major studio film about the terrorist events. The British director Paul Greengrass has set an October start date for "Flight 93." And like Oliver Stone, Greengrass is a lefty down to his John Lennon glasses.

The $15 million film will be 90 minutes long and cover the flight in real time. It begins with the takeoff and hijacking of United Airlines Flight 93 by terrorists, the discovery by passengers with cell phones that other hijacked planes had been steered into the World Trade Center towers, and the realization that their plane was being steered toward D.C.

As we all painfully know, the movie inevitably culminates with the heroic decision by the passengers to attempt to retake the plane - or to die trying.

We know how it ended. Flight 93 crashed in Pennsylvania killing all on board. As did Flight 77 which hit the Pentagon, killing all including the pilot, the brother of Debra Burlingame. Debra now leads the
Take Back The Memorial campaign currently fighting against the blame America mindset of people who walk, talk, look, chew gum and sneer like the Greengrasses of this world.

Greengrass cut his teeth in the 1970s on UK TV with World In Action - - your standard British Leftist agitprop "news" analysis masquerading as "unbiased." In truth it was incessantly and insidiously leftist in its world view. Imagine 60 Minutes only even more liberal, Walter Cronkite on crank. You get the picture - and it ain't impartial.

Greengrass sees the world from the point of view that's responsible for more death, misery, corruption, torture, repression, then any other benighted ideology that's sprung from the twisted mind of your average malignant narcissist. It's called socialism, baby. And no, I'm not saying Greengrass is responsible for killing people... but he's a part of the vast network of the infantile left that runs the mainstream media, the broadcast media and Hollywood.

From the London Times

Greengrass may have gone to Hollywood, but he still wears his politics on his sleeve. A tall, burly and long-haired 48-year-old in John Lennon specs, he's verbose and opinionated. "It's the most calamitous decision of our generation," he says of the Iraq war, and he sees The Bourne Supremacy as being in the same tradition as paranoid Seventies spy movies such as Three Days of the Condor and The Parallax View.

This is what the World Socialist Web Site thinks about the docudrama "Omagh" for which which Greengrass wrote the screenplay.

The film painstakingly recreates the car-bomb attack, which killed 29 people and injured over 200, and the heroic struggle conducted by an alliance of local residents, Catholic and Protestant, against the subsequent political stonewalling and cover-up by the Royal Ulster Constabulary (RUC) and government authorities...

Get that: as usual the socialists slash leftoids cannot blame the actual terrorists, the killers, the heartless thugs. No, in the ideological sewer where these people swim, it's always the "authorities" fault. It's the fault of the police. It's the fault of the military. It's the fault of "capitalism."

It has to be them and not the "real killers" to coin a phrase, because that would expose their whole rotten thinking for the evil, Che lovin', pot smokin', terror supportin', troop hatin', property destroyin' scumbags they truly are.

Even when Greengrass is given a major studio flick like The Bourne Supremacy. Who are the real bad guys? Why it's the same old, same old: those wascally "rogue" elements in the US military and Intelligence services. That's who. Three Days of the Constipated.

So I'm wondering, who will Greengrass blame for 9/11?

Movie making 101 slash Joseph Campbell: a successful movie needs a protagonist and an antagonist. Otherwise known as the good guy and the bad guy. There has to be conflict, and the good guy wins. Though "winning" doesn't mean hitting the lottery, getting the girl, or killing the villain. Sometimes winning ends in the death of the good guy.

The passengers of Flight 93 didn't ask to be heroes. They didn't ask to die. They had lives to lead. Families to raise. Grandkids to visit. Games to play. Babies to love. Jobs to do. Beauty to contemplate. They were you and me. Ordinary people called upon to act extraordinarily. They acted the way we all hope we would act finding ourselves in the same horrible prediciment.

So they won in death because their action prevented an even bigger crime (if you can imagine that) and saved an untold number of lives from being so wickedly taken.

Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his brother. If ever a group of people deserved that memorial, it is surely the passengers of Flight 93. God rest their souls.

And here's the problem. In our allegedly more "sophisticated" times, villains have to be "nuanced." Yet there was nothing nuanced about Atta and his 18 heartless, cruel, hell-bound co-scumbags. They have no other side to them. They have no qualities to which we need refer or understand. It would be cruel and unbearable to inlict that insult upon those for whom grief must still burn bright.

So the question arises, will Greengrass have the brass neck to invent some non-existent humanity for the crazed Muslims who plotted and then executed their diabolical plan. Will there be an attempt to elicit sympathy for their bogus "cause." Well... what do you think? Seriously?

We all owe it to the passengers of Flight 93, to make sure their story is told with dignity and respect. I don't want to hear about what "motivated" Atta and his thugs. Screw them. They are burning in hell for what they did.

"BREAKING NEWS"
===============

-Energy and Asset Technology, Inc. (EGTY) owns a global license to market
the genetically enhanced Global Cedar growth trees, with plans to
REVOLUTIONIZE the forest-timber industry.

These newly enhanced Globa| Cedar trees require only 9-12 years of growth
before they can be harvested for lumber, whereas worldwide growth time for
lumber is 30-50 years.

Other than growing at an astonishing rate, the Global Cedar has a number
of other benefits. Its natural elements make it resistant to termites, and
the lack of oils and sap found in the wood make it resistant to forest fire,
ensuring higher returns on investments.
T
he wood is very lightweight and strong, lighter than Poplar and over twice
as strong as Balsa, which makes it great for construction. It also has
the unique ability to regrow itself from the stump, minimizing the land and
time to replant and develop new root systems.

Based on current resources and agreements, EGTY projects revenues of $140
Million with an approximate profit margin of 40% for each 9-year cycle. With
anticipated growth, EGTY is expected to challenge Deltic Timber Corp. during
its initial 9-year cycle.

Deltic Timber Corp. currently trades at over $38.00 a share with about $153
Million in revenues. As the reputation and demand for the Global Cedar tree
continues to grow around the world EGTY believes additional multi-million
dollar agreements will be forthcoming. The Global Cedar nursery has produced
about 100,000 infant plants and is developing a production growth target of
250,000 infant plants per month.

Energy and Asset Technology is currently in negotiations with land and business
owners in New Zealand, Greece and Malaysia regarding the purchase of their popular
and profitable fast growing infant tree plants. Inquiries from the governments of
Brazil and Ecuador are also being evaluated.
